  • chop finely two cups of peeled and without seed cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped and without seeds

  • 1 chili (jalapeño, tree, etc.) no seeds and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, also chopped
