The oregano is widely used all around the world in many households, its strong flavor is not the only thing about it, it contains many medicinal and beneficial properties too.
For many centuries it has been used as a natural remedy, because it has very strong antioxidants like rosemary acid and thymol, and many phythonutrients which are reviving and protecting our damaged cells.

If you are using fresh oregano leaves put them in 2 glasses of water and add 1/2 or 1 tablespoon of the leaves. Or if you are using dry oregano leaves, in 2 glasses of water add 2 tablespoons of the oregano leaves.
In order to stimulate the leaves to release all of the beneficial compounds from them, chop them well and pour hot water over them.
Let them sit for 10 minutes, after that you may drink it.
